Yes thats right the vegans have struck again against us friendly pirate folk.
They have enforced an implementation of Restrictions of P2P downloading, limiting sometimes to under 20kb/s:(
though at the moment only around 40% of isp's are vegan enough to do this, there are speculations that that will continue to rise as the fasist corporations get more sugestions from vegans on how to up the profits even if this does effect there users to a verry nasty level:(

what i found works rather well is to use ports that are used for something usually important or is used by a popular multiplayer game like cs:)
the port for cs is: 27015

The bitclients are fighting back though with azureus and another one i dont remember right now bringing in some new thing that fixes it:

i think bitcommet is doing somehting aswell acutally so its 3 of them trying not only 2.
